Should You Quit Your Job Before Finding a New One?

Are you unhappy with your current job?  Whether you are unsatisfied with your pay, with your position, with your supervisors, or with your coworkers, you may be interested in seeking employment elsewhere.  If you are interested in finding a new job, do you have a plan of action?  If you not, you will want to continue reading on.

Of course, the decision to quit your job, as well as when and how you do so, is your decision to make. With that in mind, it is important to not put yourself, your family, or your finances in danger. That is why you should not quit your job until you at least have a plan of action in place.  For many individuals, that plan of action should include a new job already lined up.

When it comes to leaving the workplace, there are many individuals who wonder why it is so important for them to first have a new job lined up. In today’s society, it has been reported that a good percentage of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.  If you are one of those individuals, do you know what could happen if you were to impulsively quit your job?  You may go weeks, possibly even months without a paycheck. This is a factor that many do not take into consideration, but you should as you will likely find yourself ineligible for unemployment compensation.

If you are living paycheck to paycheck, it is advised that you take the time to find a new job before submitting your resignation, no matter how unhappy you will be.  This is particularly important if you have a family to support.  You will also want to make sure that you are able to pay your rent or mortgage payments, as well as any car payments or auto insurance that you may have.  These are bills that many cannot live without. The last thing that you will want to do is risk losing your home.  This may seem like common sense, but many individuals do not always think of this aspect, especially when presented with a work related conflict.

Since it is advised that you do not submit your resignation until you have a new job lined up, you may be curious as to how you can go about doing so.  It may be a little bit difficult, but it is more than possible for you to work full time and also search for a new job at the same time. You can easily do this thanks to sick time, vacation pay, lunch breaks, and the internet.  The internet enables you to search for job openings at just about any point in time. Sick days, vacation time, and lunch breaks can be used to attend any job interviews that you may be awarded.

If you are financial stable enough to quit your job before you have a new one lined up, you may still want to proceed with caution.  It is advised that you try and give your employer at least two weeks notice.  If you are unable to do so, you may risk losing your current employer as a job reference.  If you have worked at your current job for some time now, you may want to keep this important point in mind.  That is why you should try and give as much notice as possible, even if it is only two or three days.

Should You Complete Job Applications Online?

Are you looking for a new job?  If you are, there is a good chance that you will turn to the internet for assistance.  The internet is one of the easiest ways to go about examining career opportunities that may be waiting for you.

When it comes to using the internet to help you find a new job, you will find that you have a number of different options.  Two of the most popular ways to examine job openings online involve visiting the online websites of companies that you may know of and by visiting websites that are commonly referred to as career search websites.  What is nice about using these two online resources is that they are often easy to use, reliable, and successful.

Another one of the many advantages to using online career search websites and company websites to find jobs is that you can often apply for those jobs instantly.  Many career search websites are designed to allow you to search for a job in a specific industry, as well as search by a specific location. Should you find a job that meets your expectations or a job that you are well qualified for, you may be able to apply for the job right from the career search website.  Many employers opt for this way of receiving job applications, as it can be much more unified in nature.

As previously stated, you can also find jobs by visiting the online websites of companies that you are familiar with.  You can do this by performing a standard internet search with each company name.  Many businesses with online websites have a careers or an employment section. This section can be used to examine all job openings. In addition to seeing what jobs are currently available, you may also be able apply for those jobs with the same website.  It is common for you to be provided with a traditional application to fill out, with a specific location for your resume, which you should be able to copy and paste.

As outlined above, you have a number of different options, when it comes to applying for jobs online.  You may even be provided with an email address, which you can use to submit your resume for a specific job opening.  Although you can submit your job application and resume online, you may be curious as to whether or not you should do so. For starters, you will want to take the company’s preference into consideration. If they state that they will accept online resumes, but request that you send them through the postal service, you may want to do so.

There are also a few points that you will want to keep in mind, when submitting your job application or resume online.  Unlike printed resumes and applications, you are unable to make changes as soon as you fill out and submit the form. That is why it is important that you thoroughly proofread all job applications and resumes that you choose to submit online.  This is extremely important, as you do not want inaccurate information transmitted on your behalf.  It is also advised that you fill out all parts of a job application and make sure that your resume keeps its original format intact.

Of course, the decision as to whether or not you want to apply for jobs online is your decision to make, in most cases.  If you decide to do so, just be sure that your information is accurate and complete and you should be good to go.

Should You Work from Home?

Are you currently employed outside of the home?  If you are, do you regularly find yourself frustrated with the daily commute to and from work?  Do you regularly find yourself fed up with workplace gossip or antics that may go on at your company workplace?  If you do, have you ever considered working from home?  If working from home is something that you have considered, you should know that you are not alone.  Wanting to work from home is a dream that many have, but is that dream one that could become a reality or should it become a reality for you?

When it comes to working from home, there are many individuals who have a misconception.  Yes, working from home can involve working from home in your “down,” clothes, but there is much more to working from home than comfort. Before you automatically decide to ask your current employer about working from home or quit your job so that you can work from home, you will want to continue reading on.

One of the hardest parts about working from home is finding a work-at-home job or a work-at-home opportunity. Unfortunately, this is where many individuals make costly mistakes.  Many mistakenly quit their jobs with the belief that it would be relatively easy for them to find a paid work-at-home job or a paid work-at-home opportunity. As previously stated, working from home is something that is rapidly increasing in popularity. What does this mean for you?  It means that it can be difficult for you to find a legitimate work-at-home job or work-at-home opportunity, as there is a lot of competition for doing so.

A limited number of jobs is why it is advised that you do not terminate your current position with your employer until you have a steady work-at-home job or work-at-home opportunity lined up. This will prevent you from suffering from financial difficulties, should you be unable to find a work-at-home job or work-at-home opportunity that pays.  The good news about this approach is that the internet enables you to research and apply for work-at-home jobs and work-at-home opportunities at just about any point in time, including in the evenings or on the weekends.  You may also want to consider asking your current employer if you are able to work from home.  This will all depend on the preference of your employer, as well as your work duties.

Although there are a number of different ways that you can go about finding work-at-home jobs or work-at-home opportunities, it is important to remember that working from home isn’t right for everyone.  One of the many factors that you will want to take into consideration is your ability to follow a schedule or have your project submitted by a deadline without constant monitoring from your supervisor.  Working from home is nice, but it essentially becomes your own responsibility to stay focused and stay on task. For that reason, if you regularly find yourself distracted at home, working from home may not be right for you.

Another one of the many factors that you will want to take into consideration, when looking to work from home is the startup costs. These startup costs will all depend on which work-at-home opportunity you decide to take. For instance, if you choose to start your own business, you will find that your startup costs will be higher than if you were a home based worker for another company.  Of course, it is important to make sure that you do have all needed equipment pieces.  These pieces may include a computer, internet access, a second dedicated phone line, a fax machine, or a copy machine.  The good news is that you may already have all or most of these items inside your home.

Additional factors that you will want to take into consideration include health insurance, as most home based workers are not covered with medical insurance, and childcare, if you are a parent.  A close examination should help you determine whether or not working from home is best for you.  Avery Partners currently has some work from home contracts available.  Contact us for more info.

What You Should Look for In a New Job?

Are you interested in changing jobs?  If you are, you may already have a dream job in mind.  Although it is nice to dream, it is important that you keep reality in mind.  Finding a new job can be difficult, but it is more than possible for you to do so. A few of the many things that you may want to look for in a new job are outlined below for your convenience

When searching for a new job, you will want to look for those that are intended to be long-term.  Long-term positions are ideal if you are looking to quit your current, stable job.  They are also ideal if you rely on your income to help support your family.  You will want to have and possibly need to have income not only right away, but income that you can rely on for months or years to come. That is why temporary positions may not be in your best interest, as a job that only lasts one or two months may be unable to provide you with the security that you want and need.

The ability to advance is another thing that you will want to look for in a new job.  If you regularly find yourself setting goals that you would like to achieve, such as higher pay or a position in management, you may will want to work for a company where you have the opportunity to advance. You will want to look for those that advertise that they like to promote from within.  Promotion from within is what gives you a better chance of advancing.  In fact, advancement is something that potential employers like to hear, so be sure to mention your hope for advancement in your job interviews.

Good, but realistic pay is something else that you should look for in a new job.  Unless you are sure, you may want to try and refrain from taking a pay cut.  If you are able to receive additional benefits that you currently do not have, a pay cut may be worth it, but it is advised that you proceed with caution.  Before you search for a new job, you may want to create a budget for yourself. A budget can help you determine how much money you need to make. This will ensure that you are able to find a new job that allows you to adequately pay your bills and support your family.

Health insurance is something else that you may want to look for in a new job. Although it may be unnecessary, you should keep health insurance in mind.  Not all employers provide their employees with health insurance coverage and many companies have a ninety day waiting period before health insurance coverage can be acquired.  If you are unable to get health insurance through a family member, such as your spouse, you may want to keep this in mind.  You may be able to extend your current health insurance coverage, for a monthly fee, but that extended coverage often has time limits and other restrictions.

Close proximity is another feature that you may want to look for in a new job. Location may not be an issue if you are willing to travel or relocate, but you should take your possible commute into consideration.  Jobs that are a ways away from your home may require extra travel time, possibly taking you away from your family.  You also need to examine the cost of gasoline and wear on your vehicle. Although location should be taken into consideration, you should remember that there are other, more important, features that you should look for in a new job, a few of which were outlined above.

What You Should Do If You Find Yourself Fired From Your Job

Each week, millions of Americans go to work, do their jobs, and collect their paychecks.  Unfortunately, there comes a time when that cycle is disrupted.  If you have recently found yourself fired or terminated from your current place of employment, you may be in shock.  Although shock is a normal feeling, it is important that you start taking action right away, should you ever find yourself fired from your current position.

As previously stated, you should take action right away if you ever find yourself terminated from your current work position.  This action is particularly important if you rely on your income to pay important bills, such as your rent or mortgage, or if you use your paycheck to help support your family.  Depending on the circumstances, you will find that most states do not allow those terminated from their jobs to collect unemployment payments.  This typically only happens if you are laid off.  What does this mean for you?  It means that means that you may need to try and find a new job right away.

Speaking of taking action and finding a new job right away, one of your first steps should involve creating a resume for yourself. This is important, as you will need a resume to apply for new jobs.  Even if you are able to fill out a traditional job application, you will still want to attach a resume. Resumes add professionalism to all job applications and they can help to set your application apart from all the rest.  If you are unsure how to write your own resume, you may want to consider using the services of a professional resume writer.

In keeping with resumes and job applications, it is important that you proceed with caution.  Unfortunately, many job seekers make the mistake of including a job in which they were fired from on their job application or on their resume.   However, in that same sense, many make the mistake of leaving the job that they were recently terminated from off of their resume, when it should really be on it.  That sounds a little bit confusing doesn’t it?  If you are unsure as to how you should prepare your resume, you are not alone.

When trying to determining how you should prepare your resume, what you need to do is examine your reasons for being terminated, as well as how long you were employed by your past employer.  Many employers do not like seeing gaps over one or two years; therefore, if your last job, the one in which you were fired from, lasted over two years, you may still want to include that position on your resumes and job applications.  With that in mind, you also want to use your best judgment with cases such as workplace confirmation, multiple missed work days, or theft.

Once you have created a resume for yourself, you can start to go finding and applying for jobs.  This is the easy part, as you will find that you have a number of different options.  You may want to start with your local newspaper.  Most newspapers have an employment section.  What is nice about using your local newspaper to examine all open job positions is that most of your jobs will be local.  There is typically no sorting by location needed.  In addition to using your local newspaper, you can also use the internet to help you research companies with open positions.

Once you have a collection of jobs that you would like to apply to, you will want to create a cover letter for yourself.  Cover letters typically should not be developed in advance, as you will want to personalize your cover letter with the name of the position you are applying for, as well as the company you are applying at.  You can create a template for yourself, but make sure each and every one of your cover letters is personalized in one way or another.

The above mentioned steps are just a few of the steps that you should take, should you ever find yourself terminated from your current position.  In dire circumstances, such as ones where you need income right away, you may want to visit your local temporary employment agency, as they can help you find short-term temporary jobs.

Common Mistakes Made By Those Looking to Dress for Success

Are you interested in improving your appearance?  If you are, you are not alone.  In the United States, a large number of men and women wish that they were taken more seriously at work, at home, by their friends, and by their families. If this is a wish of yours, you may want to start making changes.  One of the many ways that you can go about doing so is by dressing for success. Dressing for success will show those that you know and love that you are a serious, professional person.  Being well dressed can also help you gain employment.

When it comes to dressing for success, many men and women find it to be easier said than done.  When dressing for success, there are a number of factors that need to be taken into consideration, such as your gender, your reasons for wanting to improve your appearance, as well as your budget. These factors, combined with others, make it possible for a number of individuals to make dress for success mistakes.  These mistakes may actually hinder your ability to create a “new and improved you.”  To prevent yourself from making these common dress for success mistakes, you will want to continue reading on.

One of the biggest mistakes made by those looking to dress for success is assuming that the hottest items in the fashion world will make them successful. This is important to remember, as it will not always.  Fashion comes in a number of different formats. It also depends on your main purpose for looking to improve your appearance. For example, if you are interested in appearing more professional at work, a low-cut sundress may not work out to your advantage, and so forth.  That is why you can use fashion magazines and fashion shows as guides, but you are urged not to fully depend on them.

Another common mistake made by those who are looking to improve their appearance is believing that they have to have the best. This commonly includes the most expensive clothes and clothing accessories, as well as those that are made by well-known designers. This simply isn’t the case. Of course, you can spend more money to wear the clothing of a professional designer, but you don’t have to. Whether you are looking to dress for success for work or for an important event, like a party you are hosting or a charity function that you will be attending, it is important to remember that you do have a number of options, some of which are much more affordable.

Buying items that coworkers have is another common mistake made by those who are looking to improve their appearance, namely their professionalism at work. Of course, it is okay to buy clothing pieces that are similar in nature to ones that your coworkers are sporting, but you will want to avoid buying the exact same items.  This is ideal for both men and women, but it is more important for women.  Copying the fashions of your coworkers, right down to the same colors, can create some unneeded workplace tension.

As it was previously stated, you do not have to have the most expensive clothing pieces or clothing from designers just to dress for success. With that in mind, if you are looking to purchase formal elegant or evening wear for an important upcoming event, such as a charity ball, a wedding, or another party, you may want to avoid making your purchases at department stores, namely locally owned and operated ones. This is most often a problem with women and dresses. If you are not careful, you could find yourself one of two or more women who show up to the same event wearing the same dress. In these instances, it may be best to visit specialty dress shops, namely those that keep record of all purchases and events.

The above mentioned mistakes are just a few of the many mistakes often made by those who are looking to improve their appearances, by dressing for success. To avoid these mistakes and others, you will want to use your best judgment when it comes time to make your dress for success clothing purchases.

Those who decide to pursue a career in the medical field as a Nursing Assistant set out to show compassion and help others. Their hearts are in the right place, but they may soon find their minds and bodies suffering from burnout. This is the result of continually feeling like you can’t meet your work requirements. Soon you find you are completely drained and exhausted due to feeling overwhelmed. Often, the result is losing the motivation that lead you to take on that role in the first place.

The role of a Nursing Assistant is a demanding one. One of the biggest complaints from them is that they have too much to do, and not enough time to get it all done. Burnout is dangerous because it affects individuals emotionally, physically, and mentally. It is tough to see bright, compassionate Nursing Assistants leave the medical field because they have come to resent the role they have taken on. It no longer serves a purpose for them. What was once a positive experience has become a nightmare.

The stress of burnout on a Nursing Assistant can lead to problems with their health as well as lead to depression. Often, they either quit their job or they are fired. This leads to financial difficulties and many times issues in their relationships. Nursing Assistants report burnout in their profession is common because they are overworked, unappreciated, confused about work expectations and priorities, worry about job security, they are overwhelmed by the number of responsibilities, and they do not feel their pay is sufficient for the amount of duties that they are required to perform on an ongoing basis.

It is important that Nursing Assistants understand burnout, and the havoc it can reap in their professional and personal life. Understanding what burnout is, why it happens, and the signs of it can help Nursing Assistants deal with the situation before it spirals out of control. The first step in avoiding burnout is to take care of yourself physically and emotionally.

Signs you are experiencing job burnout or soon will be include no longer finding enjoyment in areas of your job you once really liked, becoming cynical or bitter about your job, and you are starting to experience problems in relationships with co-workers, friends or family as a result of the conflicts of your job.

Other important signs to watch for are looking for excuses to not go to work, calling off or asking to go home early on a regular basis, becoming easily annoyed with co-workers, envious of those who do enjoy their work, and not caring if you do a good job or not. It is likely you will start to experience physical and emotional exhaustion.

Being a Nursing Assistant can be stressful. However, stress and burnout are different. They are often confused because they signs and symptoms of the two are very similar. The defining factor is stress comes and goes, so the signs and symptoms do as well. With burnout, the feeling doesn’t go away, so the signs and symptoms linger ongoing.

It is very important to take time for yourself. Relax with a warm bath or read a good book. Too often we take care of everyone else’s needs at work and at home, leaving nothing of ourselves for us! Since the healthcare profession is the top contender for employees suffering from burnout, Nursing Assistants need to really take head of this advice and put it to good use early on in their career. This will help ensure they continue to enjoy their work, offering patients the best possible care.

Should You Ask for a Promotion?

Are you frustrated with your current position at work?  Would you like to advance in your company?  If you would like to do so, you may be interested in asking for a promotion.  The question is should you?

When it comes to determining if you should ask for a promotion, it is something that you may not want to do on impulse. Asking from a promotion can work in your favor, but there are no guarantees. A promotion request can cause no changes or it can cause you harm. For that reason, there are a number of factors that you will first want to take into consideration, before you ask your boss for a promotion.

One of the many factors that you will want to take into consideration, when determining if you should inquire about a promotion, is an open position.  If you want to be promoted, do you even know if there is an open position or one that will soon open? This, alone, can improve your chances of receiving a promotion, as they often say that timing is everything.  What you will want to do is keep your eyes and ears open.  If you hear of any open positions in your company or if you see job listings online or in your local newspaper, you may want to consider asking your supervisor for a promotion.

Your length of employment is another factor that should be taken into consideration, before you make a decision about asking for a promotion.  While there are no guarantees, your chances of receiving a promotion are higher with long-term employment.  Many companies like to promote from within, as well as promote those who have been with the company for an extended period of time.  A short employment term doesn’t mean that you can’t ask for a promotion, but it is just one of the many factors that you will want to take into consideration.

Your intentions are another factor that you should take into consideration, when trying to determine if you should ask your supervisor for a promotion.  Are you interested in leaving the company in search of a better job, such as one that may offer better pay or better benefits?  If you are interested in doing so, you may want to consider asking for a promotion, but in a pleasant matter.  If you are looking for “greener pastures,” you may have nothing to lose by asking for a promotion.  In fact, you may be surprised with the answer that you hear.  Many employers will use promotions or higher pay to retain employees who they do not want removed from their team.

Of course, you don’t want to instigate workplace gossip, but you may want to see if any other employees have asked for a promotion in the past.  Did they see success or were they turned away?  Speaking of which, were there any complications that arose from the asking of a promotion?  This is important, as it may give you an idea as to whether or not you should ask for a promotion.  As a reminder, it is important to not take the approach of gossiping to get your information, but you may just want to keep your eyes and ears open.

If you do decide that you would like to ask your supervisor or supervisors for a promotion, you are advised to proceed with caution.  Unless you have worked personally with your supervisors before, they may be unaware of your employment status or the tasks that you have completed.  You will want to attempt to schedule a meeting with your supervisor or supervisors. During this meeting, you will want to try and sell yourself.  Point out all of your accomplishments, mention how advancement has always been a goal of yours, and so forth.

The above mentioned factors are just a few of the many factors that you will want to take into consideration, when trying to determine if you should inquire about a promotion. Should you decide to do so, it is advised that you take a pleasant approach and do not get upset or feel offended if your request for a promotion is denied.

Job Searching Online: What You Need to Know

Are you looking for a job?  If you are and if you are like many other job seekers, there is a good chance that you will turn to the internet to help you find job openings.  If this is the first time that you are looking to use the internet help you find a job, you will want to continue reading on.

When it comes to using the internet, to help you find a job, you will find that you have a number of different options. These options include websites that are commonly referred to as job posting or career search websites, the online websites of local companies, as well as the online editions of your local newspapers.  To make the most out of finding a job online, as well as to have the most opportunities, you will want to try to take each of the above mentioned approaches.

As ideal as it is to know where to look for job listings online, it is also important that you know the ins and outs of doing so.  If this is your first time looking for a job online, you may not necessarily be aware of scams.  In recent years, the popularity of online scams have increased in popularity.  While many employment scams are associated with work-at-home opportunities, not all are.  Before submitting your resume or a job application, you will want to do a quick research of the company requesting your information.  Never provide your social security number to a company that you have never heard of before or one in which you cannot research.

As previously stated, you can use online job posting websites or online career search websites to your advantage.  When using these types of websites, you will want to take the time to customize your searches.  Should you not do so, you can spend weeks shifting through all of the job openings, some of which may be located across the country from you.  Many career search websites and job posting websites will allow you to enter in your zip code to give you local job listings.  You may also want to customize your search to include a specific industry or a specific job.

When searching for jobs online, you may find yourself presented with the opportunity of submitting your resume or a job application online.  This is more than possible to do, but you need to proceed with caution.  As soon as you hit the “send,” button, you are often unable to edit your job application or resume. For that reason, you will want to make sure that all of your information is accurate before you submit your resume or application.  If you are emailing your resume, you may want to examine each company’s policy first. Some request that you do not submit your resume as an attachment, in fear of viruses. This may require you to copy and paste your resume into the body of an email.  If you must do so, review your resume to ensure the original format stayed intact.

It was also mentioned above how you can use company websites to examine open jobs.  You can usually do this by finding the online websites of your local businesses by performing a standard internet search.  Many companies have the jobs in which they are hiring for, as well as information on those jobs, listed on their online websites.  Even if you are unable to find any local companies that are hiring this way, you may still be able to sign up for free job alert emails. These emails will notify you when a new position opens up. While this may not happen for a few weeks, months, or years, you have nothing to lose by doing so.

The above mentioned points are just a few of the points that you will want to remember when using the internet to help you find a job.  In most cases, you are advised to use your best judgment.  If a career opportunity that you find online looks to good to be true, it just may be.

Job Interviews: What You Shouldn’t Discuss

Are you in the process of finding a new job?  If you are, you will likely have a number of job interviews coming up in the next few weeks or months.  Job interviews, although nerve-wracking, are often a lot easier than originally thought.  With that in mind, there are preparation steps that you can and should take to ensure that your next job interview is a successful one.

One of the most important tips that you can remember, when looking to prepare for an upcoming job interview, is what not to say.  There are some topics that need to be discussed during a job interview, but there are others that should be left out of the conversation. For more information on what you should or shouldn’t discuss at one of your upcoming job interviews, you will want to continue reading on.

One of the many topics that you should refrain from discussing at one of your upcoming job interviews involves your personal life.  For instance, you may not want to talk about your family or any friends that you may have.  If you are asked if you are a parent, you will want to respond, as well as answer any other questions, but you will want to try and refrain from brining up the topic yourself.  You will want to try to keep your personal and professional lives separate.

Bad experiences at past jobs are another one of the many topics that you may want to refrain from discussing at job interviews.  For starters, your information may be deemed as gossip. You will also want to refrain from divulging important information about your past employer, especially if they can be considered competitors.  Simply taking the high road and avoiding any topics that have to deal with poor experiences at your previous places of employment should help your public perception.

In addition to bad experiences at one of your previous jobs, it is also advised that you refrain from speaking poorly about any of your former supervisors.  No matter if your boss was in the wrong, you will want avoid speaking about the conflict. That doesn’t mean that you should lie if asked, but it does mean that you should at least use your best judgment.  You will want to show all prospective employers that you have respect for management, even if you don’t like the management members.

If you were ever terminated from a job, you will want to proceed with caution during your job interviews. Discussing a job in which you were terminated from may not work in your best interest. With that in mind, it is important to examine the reason for your termination.  Anything serious such as sexual harassment or theft may want to be avoided during a job interview.  However, if you will receive a background check, this information may come into light anyways.  Once again, you will want to use your best judgment.

Bad pay is another topic that you may want to refrain from discussing in upcoming job interviews.  It is not uncommon for pay to be discussed during a job interview. With that in mind, should you find the starting salary to be lower than you may have thought, you will want to keep your composure.  It would be impolite for you to leave in the middle of your interview or complain about the pay.  What you may want to do, instead, is spin it in a somewhat positive matter that can still display your disapproval.  You may want to consider asking about the other benefits, like sick days or vacation days, which can be used as other forms of compensation.

The above mentioned topics are just a few of the many topics that you may want to leave out at your next job interview.  Of course, during a job interview it is important to answer all questions asked, but just be cautious with your answers and do not divulge more information than needed.  If you are looking for a job, you may want to contact a local recruiting company.
